Offers excellent thermal shock resistance, strong slag erosion resistance and superior iron erosion resistance. Suitable for hot metal ladle and torpedo car working linings. Available in JH-ASCC55, JH-ASCC60 and JH-AMC-T grades.

    Introduction

    Alumina-silicon carbide bricks for hot metal ladles are manufactured from high-alumina bauxite, corundum, silicon carbide and flake graphite as primary raw materials, with special additives to enhance performance. The product delivers excellent thermal shock resistance, strong resistance against slag corrosion and superior resistance to iron erosion. Available in JH-ASCC55, JH-ASCC60 and JH-AMC-T grades with alumina content ranging from 52% to 70%. Widely used as working linings for hot metal ladles and torpedo cars in ironmaking and hot metal pretreatment processes.
