    Introduction

Hot metal ladle castables are specifically designed to withstand iron erosion and minimize temperature drop during hot metal transportation. Manufactured from specially formulated aggregates, the material delivers high strength with no shrinkage at service temperatures and excellent thermal insulation. It minimizes slag adhesion on ladle lips, and any adhered slag is easily removable. Grade JH-TC65 features Al₂O₃ ≥65% and SiC+C ≥5%. Available in woven bag packaging of 1000kg, 500kg, 50kg and 25kg options.

    Key Advantages

    01
    High Strength & Erosion Resistance
Cold crushing strength reaches 30 MPa at 110℃ and 40 MPa at 1450℃, ensuring reliable performance under continuous iron flow and thermal stress.
    02
    No Shrinkage & Good Insulation
Maintains dimensional stability at service temperatures with zero shrinkage, while providing excellent thermal insulation to minimize hot metal temperature drop.
    03
    Easy Slag Cleaning
Minimizes slag adhesion on ladle lips, and any adhered slag is easily removable, significantly reducing maintenance time and extending ladle service life.
