Introduction
Desulfurization lances are critical equipment for hot metal pretreatment, submerged into molten iron to inject desulfurizing agents for deep desulfurization. The lance consists of an inner steel pipe for powder injection, surrounded by a refractory lining reinforced with V-shaped anchors and steel mesh. Grade JH-TLQ features Al₂O₃ ≥60% with bulk density ≥2.5 g/cm³ (110℃×24h) and cold crushing strength ≥30 MPa. The material is engineered to withstand highly corrosive slags and thermal cycling, delivering extended service life and consistent desulfurization efficiency.
