Refractory castables and hot gunning mixes engineered for mixer furnace working linings and hot repair. Castable grades JH-YLK70-X and JH-TCK80-X for monolithic linings; gunning grades JH-HTB1 and JH-HTB2 for hot patching. Introduction

Mixer furnaces store and homogenize hot metal while maintaining temperature, with linings subjected to severe thermal shock, slag corrosion and mechanical impact. This product family includes two castable grades (JH-YLK70-X and JH-TCK80-X) for monolithic working linings, and two hot gunning grades (JH-HTB1 and JH-HTB2) for rapid hot repair without cooling downtime. The castables deliver high strength and excellent slag resistance with Al₂O₃ content of 70% and 80% respectively. The gunning mixes offer strong slag resistance and convenient application with low rebound loss.

Castable grades deliver cold crushing strength of 40–50 MPa at 110℃ and 55–60 MPa at 1450℃, ensuring reliable performance under severe service conditions.

Hot Repair Without Downtime

Gunning mixes enable direct application onto hot furnace surfaces without cooling, significantly reducing maintenance time and production interruption.

Zone-Specific Formulations

Available in multiple grades tailored for different zones (slag line, tap hole, hearth) and applications (monolithic lining vs. hot patching) to match specific service conditions.
