    Introduction

General-purpose high alumina bricks are versatile refractory products manufactured from high-quality bauxite chamotte with strict iron oxide control. Through high-pressure forming and sintering at elevated temperatures, the bricks develop a dense structure with low apparent porosity. As a neutral refractory material with Al₂O₃ content above 48%, they offer excellent resistance to both acidic and basic slag attacks. Available in LZ-55, LZ-65 and LZ-75 grades with refractoriness up to 1790℃. Widely used as general linings for various industrial furnaces and kilns.

    Key Advantages

    01
    High Refractoriness & Strength
Refractoriness reaches 1770–1790℃ with cold crushing strength ≥40–60 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under severe thermal and mechanical loads.
    02
    Excellent Slag Corrosion Resistance
Chemically neutral composition provides strong resistance against both acidic and basic slag attacks, outperforming clay bricks in corrosive environments.
    03
    Grade Flexibility
Available in LZ-55, LZ-65 and LZ-75 grades with tailored alumina content (55–75%) for optimal matching to different service temperatures and conditions.
