Introduction
Hot metal ladle permanent linings are primarily installed using high alumina castables through monolithic casting. These castables are formulated with high-alumina aggregates and advanced binder systems to deliver excellent high-temperature performance, strong resistance against slag and iron erosion, and good thermal shock stability. The material also provides effective thermal insulation to minimize hot metal temperature drop during transportation. Available in JX-TBJ60, JX-TBJ65 and JX-TBJ70 grades with alumina content ranging from 60% to 70%, suitable for different service conditions.
