    Introduction

High strength ceramic wear-resistant material is an advanced inorganic non-metallic refractory produced from acid and alkali resistant synthetic raw materials through precise formulation and inorganic polymerization technology. It achieves ceramic-grade bonding strength with excellent mechanical properties and toughness. The material exhibits low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent volume stability, preventing cracking during service. It does not react with blast furnace slag, ensuring good environmental compatibility and extended service life in high-wear applications.

    Key Advantages

    01
    High Mechanical Strength
Cold crushing strength ≥100 MPa at 110℃ and ≥120 MPa at 500℃, delivering exceptional load-bearing capacity under severe mechanical stress.
    02
    Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance
Withstands rapid temperature fluctuations without cracking, maintaining structural integrity under cyclic thermal conditions.
    03
    Superior Volume Stability
Low thermal expansion coefficient with linear change of –0.5 to +0.5% at 500℃×3h prevents cracking and ensures long-term lining integrity.
