Introduction
This hot gunning mix is specially formulated for rapid hot repair of mixer furnaces and hot metal ladles without cooling downtime. Manufactured from high-alumina aggregates and silicon carbide with special additives, the material delivers strong slag resistance, excellent erosion resistance and good thermal shock stability. Available in two grades—JH-HTB1 (Al₂O₃ ≥65%, MgO ≥7%) and JH-HTB2 (Al₂O₃ ≥65%, SiC+C ≥10%)—to suit different service conditions. The mix features strong adhesion, convenient application and low rebound loss, significantly reducing maintenance downtime.
