    Introduction

Non-baking ramming mix for iron trough is an Al₂O₃-SiC-C refractory developed specifically for single-taphole small and medium blast furnaces. It offers convenient and fast construction with no baking required, significantly reducing maintenance time. The material delivers high strength, excellent slag resistance and strong erosion resistance with extended service life. After installation, a considerable amount of residual carbon forms during service, which substantially improves the service life of the ramming mix. Suitable for main troughs and rapid repair applications.

    Key Advantages

    01
    No Baking Required
Enables direct iron tapping immediately after installation, eliminating baking time and significantly reducing furnace downtime for trough maintenance.
    02
    High Strength & Erosion Resistance
Delivers strong resistance against molten iron and slag erosion with high mechanical strength, ensuring extended service life and high throughput.
    03
    Convenient Construction
Offers simple and fast installation with easy application, enabling rapid trough repair and minimizing production interruption.
