Formulated with high-quality corundum and silicon carbide, and bonded with nano-sol technology, it eliminates free water to enable fast drying and dense structure formation. The material pumps easily and exhibits excellent adhesion to residual carbon bricks without requiring a filler layer, ensuring superior heat transfer efficiency. It forms a protective slag/iron layer that shifts the 1150°C isotherm inward, significantly extending hearth campaign life.
