Introduction
JinXin HengTuo manufactures a complete range of refractory coatings for hot metal ladles and torpedo cars. The permanent lining coatings (clay-based JX-TTM45 and high alumina JX-TTM50) create a uniform interface between working and permanent linings, replacing dangerous point contact with surface-to-surface bonding for improved safety. The anti-slag lip coating (JX-TFZ45) minimizes slag and metal build-up on ladle lips and torpedo car mouths, enabling quick and easy cleaning during routine maintenance. All grades are suitable for trowel or brush application and deliver reliable performance at high temperatures.
