Introduction
This lightweight castable and gunning mix series features seriesized bulk density and thermal conductivity, allowing flexible selection based on specific service zones and operating conditions. It has been widely applied as insulation linings for hot blast mains, branches and bustle pipes of blast furnaces and hot blast stoves, as well as coke ovens, cooling annealing furnace sidewalls, bottom covers and lime kiln hoods. The material delivers excellent high-temperature performance, extremely low thermal conductivity and superior thermal insulation. It supports casting, troweling and gunning application methods with high adhesion rate and low rebound loss.
