Introduction
Mixer furnaces store and homogenize hot metal while maintaining temperature, playing a critical role in coordinating ironmaking and steelmaking production. Working linings are subjected to severe thermal shock from heat radiation, mechanical impact during charging, and chemical attack from molten slag and iron. These Al₂O₃-SiC-C bricks are manufactured from high-quality bauxite, corundum, silicon carbide and flake graphite through high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. Available in JH-ASCC65, JH-ASCC70 and JH-AMC-Y grades, with the AMC-Y grade specifically formulated for slag line zones.
